Jennifer Kirsch - President

Prior to Shepherd Them All, Jennifer Kirsch worked at Motorola and Freescale in Supply Chain Management, Global Marketing, and as a Project Manager for implementation of global technology systems and earned an MBA at Saint Edward's University. More recently, she earned a Certificate in Inclusive education from the University of Notre Dame and has also served on the Boards of Education at Regina Mater and Saint Theresa's Catholic school. She also guided the start of the Montessori program at St Louis Catholic school and is a trained catechist in all three levels of Catechesis of the Good Shepherd (a Montessori inspired catechesis).

After seeking inclusive educational opportunities for her child with Down Syndrome, she become aware of the gaps in our educational system for those with learning differences while also seeing the benefits of having her twice exceptional child learn alongside her child with Down syndrome. Therefore, Shepherd them all is intended to provide resources, training, and hope for families with children who have learning differences and a desire to belong to the body of Christ.
